Terms of Service
These Terms apply to website design, copy, content strategy, creative production, setup, consulting, and related digital services purchased from ClientMuse Studio.
1. Scope
Deliverables, page limits, revision rounds, and included services are determined by the package purchased and any written additions agreed to by ClientMuse Studio. Out-of-scope requests may require a separate fee.
2. Client materials and approval
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, approved assets, offers, credentials, policies, and access reasonably required to complete the work. The client must approve facts and sensitive statements before publication.
3. Regulated industries
ClientMuse Studio does not provide legal, medical, financial, licensing, or regulatory advice and does not independently verify regulated claims. The client remains responsible for compliance and professional review where appropriate.
4. Revisions
A revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable changes within the original scope. New pages, major direction changes, new functionality, or substantial new content may be separately scoped.
5. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, platforms, apps, themes, fonts, stock media, analytics, advertising platforms, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and may involve separate charges.
6. Ownership
After full payment, the client may use the final custom deliverables created specifically for the project. Third-party assets and ClientMuse Studio’s pre-existing or reusable methods, systems, templates, processes, and know-how remain subject to their existing ownership or license terms.
7. No performance guarantee
ClientMuse Studio does not guarantee rankings, traffic, followers, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, or advertising results.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientMuse Studio’s aggregate liability related to a project will not exceed the amount paid for that project.
9. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Project Cancellation Policy displayed on this storefront.
