Thanks for choosing ClientMuse Studio. Your project begins after we receive the required business information, confirm the website platform, and receive approved assets and required access.
1. Business information
- Business and primary contact name
- Current website, address, phone, hours, and service area
- Main business goal and priority customer action
2. Platform and access
- The website platform must be confirmed before purchase.
- Use the platform's secure collaborator or delegated-access method when implementation requires account access.
- Do not send passwords by email, chat, or this form.
3. Brand assets
- Existing logo, colors, fonts, and approved images
- Social profiles and visual references
- Existing brand or copy guidelines
If no logo is available, the website may use a clean text-based wordmark. Original logo design, trademark research, and a full brand identity are not included unless separately agreed.
4. Services, products, and offers
- Complete offering list and priorities
- Approved pricing and promotions
- Inquiry, booking, purchase, or contact link
5. Trust information
- Team biographies and verified credentials
- Approved testimonials, reviews, awards, affiliations, or press
- Real differentiators and customer process
6. Legal and regulated content
Provide any privacy, accessibility, advertising, industry, licensing, disclaimer, or consent language that applies. The client must review and approve regulated claims and sensitive statements before publication.
What happens next
- We review the intake, platform, access, and assets.
- We create the structure, copy, design direction, responsive pages, and calls-to-action.
- An initial website concept or first draft is delivered within 3 business days after all required materials and access are received.
- You review factual and sensitive content and submit one consolidated revision list per included round.
- We complete the included revision round or rounds.
- The approved site is prepared for handoff or launch.
Scope: Website packages cover a marketing website on a ClientMuse-supported platform or an agreed design/build handoff. Domains, hosting, paid themes or apps, platform migrations, custom software, complex integrations, original photography/video, logo design, and ongoing management are not included unless separately agreed.
Performance: Included SEO work organizes the website so search engines can understand its pages. ClientMuse Studio does not guarantee rankings, traffic, followers, leads, bookings, sales, or revenue.
