Delivery and Scope
The website platform must be confirmed before purchase. The base package covers a marketing website on a ClientMuse-supported platform or an agreed design/build handoff. An initial concept or first draft is delivered within 3 business days after the complete intake, approved information, required brand materials, platform decision, and account access are received. Revision and launch timing depend on client feedback and access.
The client supplies a logo and approved brand assets. If no logo is supplied, we can use a clean text-based wordmark in the website layout. Original logo design, trademark research, and a full brand-identity system are not included unless separately agreed.
Domains, hosting, paid themes or apps, custom booking or patient portals, complex ecommerce or software integrations, original photography/video, and ongoing website management are not included unless separately agreed.
What “SEO Setup” Means
Included SEO work is a one-time website foundation that helps search engines understand the pages. It is not an ongoing SEO campaign and does not include backlink building, monthly content publishing, directory management, or ongoing Google Business Profile management. Search rankings, traffic, leads, and bookings are not guaranteed.
Client Approval
The practice remains responsible for approving credentials, treatment claims, pricing, testimonials, before-and-after assets, medical statements, privacy requirements, and other regulated content before publication.
