Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to website design, copy, setup, consulting, and related digital services purchased from ClinicMuse Studio. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and to the scope shown for the package selected at checkout.

1. Service scope

The deliverables, page limits, revision rounds, and included services are determined by the package purchased and any written additions agreed to by ClinicMuse Studio. Requests outside that scope may require an additional fee or a separate project.

2. Client materials and cooperation

You are responsible for providing accurate clinic information, treatment details, provider credentials, booking information, branding, approved photos, account access, and other materials reasonably required to complete the project. Project timing may be paused while required materials or approvals are outstanding.

3. Medical, legal, and advertising compliance

ClinicMuse Studio provides website and marketing-production services and does not verify medical claims, professional credentials, regulatory requirements, treatment eligibility, pricing disclosures, privacy obligations, or advertising-law compliance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all clinic-specific, medical, legal, and compliance-sensitive content before publication and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

4. Revisions

Revision rounds are limited to the number included with the purchased package. A revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable changes to work within the original scope. New pages, major changes in direction, new functionality, or substantial new content may be treated as additional work.

5. Third-party services

Domains, hosting, website platforms, booking systems, apps, themes, fonts, stock media, analytics, payment tools, advertising platforms, and other third-party products are governed by their own terms and may involve separate charges. ClinicMuse Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, data loss, pricing changes, or other acts of third-party providers.

6. Client approval and launch

You are responsible for final review and approval before publication. Approval confirms that you have reviewed the site's factual information, links, pricing, treatment descriptions, credentials, contact details, privacy language, and other clinic-specific content.

7. Ownership

After full payment, the client may use the final custom deliverables created specifically for the project. Third-party assets, licensed materials, platform themes and apps, and ClinicMuse Studio's pre-existing or reusable methods, systems, templates, processes, and know-how remain subject to their existing ownership or license terms.

8. No performance guarantee

ClinicMuse Studio does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, revenue, advertising results, or any other business outcome. Performance depends on factors beyond the website itself.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and project cancellations are governed by the Refund & Project Cancellation Policy displayed on this storefront.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClinicMuse Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the services or third-party platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClinicMuse Studio's aggregate liability related to a purchased project will not exceed the amount actually paid to ClinicMuse Studio for that project.

11. Changes to these terms

ClinicMuse Studio may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will govern that purchase unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
