Website Project Onboarding

Website Project Onboarding

Thanks for choosing ClinicMuse Studio. We handle the site structure, copy, presentation, and build. To start your project, please prepare the information below. Your project begins once the required business information and approved assets are received.

1. Business Information

  • Clinic or business name
  • Primary contact name and email
  • Current website URL, if applicable
  • Business address, phone number, and business hours
  • Primary service area or cities you want to target

2. Brand Assets

  • Logo files
  • Brand colors and fonts, if established
  • Approved clinic, team, interior, treatment, or lifestyle photos
  • Links to your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other relevant profiles
  • Two or three websites you like visually, if you have examples

3. Services and Offers

  • Complete list of services or treatments offered
  • Top services you want the website to prioritize
  • Approved pricing or promotional offers you want displayed
  • Booking or consultation link
  • Preferred call-to-action, such as Book a Consultation or Call the Clinic

4. Providers and Trust Information

  • Provider and team names
  • Credentials, licenses, certifications, and biographies that you have verified and approved for publication
  • Approved testimonials, reviews, awards, affiliations, or press mentions you have permission to use

5. Compliance and Required Language

  • Any privacy, consent, disclaimer, accessibility, advertising, or legal language your practice requires
  • Any treatment claims, medical statements, credentials, before-and-after materials, or other regulated content must be reviewed and approved by your practice before publication

6. Existing Accounts or Website Access

If access to an existing website, domain, booking platform, analytics account, or other service is required, we will identify exactly what access is needed during the project. Do not send passwords in email, chat, or this page. Use the platform's secure collaborator, staff, or delegated-access method whenever available.

What Happens Next

  1. We review the information and assets you provide.
  2. We create the page structure, copy, service presentation, calls-to-action, and visual direction.
  3. You review clinic-specific and compliance-sensitive statements.
  4. We incorporate the included revision round(s).
  5. The approved site is prepared for launch.

Note: Website design and marketing services do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, bookings, or revenue. Your practice remains responsible for verifying medical, legal, privacy, credential, pricing, and advertising statements before publication.
